Two weeks ago, Michael had his first fair experience and he loved it. We went with Nana and Auntie Risa (my mom and Marisa). What an adventure we had. We went early, to beat the heat, and had the place to ourselves. We mostly took pictures and checked out the cows and horses, which pooped Michael out. He fell asleep in his stroller so we found some shade under a tree next to the waterfall and Michael slept for two hours! This is unheard of for him. He woke up very happy and cuddly. We had a nice lunch under the tree then took off for pony rides and more pictures. We ran into Grandpa who was there for Cattleman's Day and took an old-timey picture. It was very hot in the photo trailer and Michael got grumpy, which made for a good old-time picture. Michael is definitely not use to the Paso Robles heat, so I needed to find a way to cool him off. Luckily, the fair has several buildings with misters so Risa and I rolled Michael's stroller under one. I just wanted to get Michael a little wet to cool him off but he loved it so much, we kept him under there until he were drenched.
All tuckered out from the excitement
Here's a video of Michael enjoying the misters
