Our first Thanksgiving at home was a success. Joey and I took turns caring for Rafael and cooking. We made turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, pumpkin dinner rolls, pumpkin pie and whipping cream. Michael enjoyed watching football with Joey but he mostly enjoyed running around the house yelling "Happy Thanksgiving" at the top of his lungs. Rafael didn't seem bothered by all the yelling.
Joey almost dropped the turkey on the floor trying to transfer it to the cutting board. Fortunately, just the cutting board fell to the floor while the entire turkey fell in the sink.
Here's a picture of Michael enjoying the feast. He ate the cranberry sauce which he carefully picked off the turkey as to make sure he didn't actually eat protein. And he also enjoyed the dinner roll. I guess he was making sure to leave plenty of room for pumpkin pie, which he was a fan of.
