Baby model

This Valentine's Day was lovely. Joey surprised us at home, during his lunch break, with chocolates and flowers. He didn't know that we were planning on surprising him at work later that afternoon. Joey heard us walking in because Michael had his squeaker shoes on. Michael had a blast running into other people's cubicles and checking out the office. Soon all of Joey's co-workers came around wondering what all the squeaking was. Joey's boss was real nice and let him leave early so we could celebrate the rest of the day together.

Earlier that day, Michael and I went to the store to pick out a Valentine's gift for Michael. I found a cute toddler backpack with Mickey Mouse playing soccer on the front. Michael, however, was only interested in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles backpack because the turtles were shiny. So we got that one. At home, Michael enjoyed his back pack so much he wore it for most of the evening. He let me take it off of him, only to ask me to put it back on. He wore it while playing with his toys, reading his board books, and even playing the piano. Here's a video of Michael modeling his backpack for us, then playing with it on. And a video of Michael enjoying some Valentine tickle time with Daddy.
